Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor development teams.
- Coordinate delivery, priorities, and technical decisions.
- Support developers in architecture, code quality, technical planning, and implementation choices.
- Work closely with analysts, QA engineers, architects, project managers, and stakeholders.
- Help translate business and system requirements into practical technical solutions.
